No Exchange Policy

  • We have a No Exchange Policy.
  • Replacement is provided only if the product is damaged during transit.
  • Unboxing Video is mandatory for any claims related to damaged items.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason.

Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  1. Damaged Product:
    • If you receive a damaged product, report it to us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp.
    • Provide images or a video showing the damage.
    • Upon approval, we will offer you an exchange.
  2. Wrong Product Delivered:
    • If you receive a different product than what you ordered, notify us within 24 hours with proof (images/video).

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be sent back through reputed courier services within 48 hours of approval.
  • The buyer bears the return shipping cost.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. Replacement is provided for damaged or wrongly delivered items only.

Important Note:

  • For damage claims, a 360-degree unboxing video showing the entire process (from package opening to item check) is required.
  • Without proper unboxing proof, we regret to inform you that damage claims cannot be accepted.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following scenarios:

  • Product Unavailability: If the product is unavailable or found defective before dispatch.
  • No Delivery Service: If delivery service is not available in your area.

Mode of Refund:

  • Refunds will be processed through NEFT within 3 working days.
