• COD Processing Charges: ₹200 (non-refundable).

  • Since some customers reject their orders upon delivery, the fee helps recover the expenses of processing, packing, and shipping the products, which are often costly.
• Maximum Order Value for COD: ₹5,000.

Order Confirmation Process

• Upon receiving your order, we will call you before dispatch to confirm that you are ready to accept the delivery.
• Orders will be automatically canceled if we do not receive a response or confirmation payment from your side.

Important Notes

• The COD fee of ₹200 is non-refundable, especially in cases where the order is returned to origin (RTO).
• We incur time and manpower costs for packing and shipping, which is why the COD processing fee is necessary.
